Live Technologies announced today that an agreement has been reached with A & S Investment Group, LLC to support and facilitate future growth and development of the company. A&S has obtained majority ownership of Live Technologies, a privately owned production company specializing in audio, lighting, video, and creative services for live events and custom installations.
